I'm Kyle from Unimpressed, a one-person screen printing shop in Vancouver. I specialize in screen printing small runs of shirts or tote bags for bands, brands or other small businesses that need affordable custom printed products but don't want to order extra stock simply to get costs down.

What is the minimum order for screen printing?
I specialize in small runs, so my minimum is just 12 - 25 pieces, depending on the artwork. This allows you to get professional merch without having to sit on extra stock you don't need.
Can you handle larger bulk orders (100+ units)?
Definitely. While I specialize in small runs, I’m fully equipped for larger volumes. In fact, the more you print, the lower the price-per-item gets. If you’ve got a big project, just reach out—I’m happy to scale up for you.
How long does custom printing take in Vancouver?
Our standard turnaround for screen printing in Vancouver is 10 business days from the time you place your order. If you're in a rush for an event, let me know and I’ll do my best to make it work.
Can I pick up my order at the Gastown studio?
Absolutely! Local pickup is free at my studio in Gastown. I’ll send you an email as soon as your merch is boxed up and ready. I will also send pickup instructions at this time, as the studio is a bit hidden and open by appointment only.
What file format do I need for my artwork?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, or .SVG) are best for a crisp print. If you don't have one of those, just send the best quality copy you have and I'll do my best to make it work for you.
Do you offer bulk discounts for larger orders?
Yes! My first price break starts at 25 units and gets better as the numbers go up. The more you print of the same design, the lower your cost per shirt becomes.
What types of shirts and hoodies do you print on?
We order from a variety of suppliers and can offer dozens of brands to choose from. We carry basics like Gildan or M&O, premium brands like Bella + Canvas, and high-quality Canadian options like Jerico or House of Blanks.
